{"id":8139,"date":"2020-11-02T16:23:12","date_gmt":"2020-11-02T15:23:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afev.cat\/?p=8139"},"modified":"2020-11-03T12:34:30","modified_gmt":"2020-11-03T11:34:30","slug":"en-tiempos-de-covid-la-mentoria-nunca-fue-tan-importante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afev.cat\/es\/en-tiempos-de-covid-la-mentoria-nunca-fue-tan-importante\/","title":{"rendered":"En tiempos de covid, la mentor\u00eda nunca fue tan importante"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Confinamiento, toque de queda, cierre de los bares y restaurantes, aislamiento, auge de las desigualdades sociales\u2026 No sabemos lo que pas\u00f3 con el brindis del a\u00f1o nuevo pero a veces parece que 2020 se nos fue de la mano. \u00bfY si te decimos que tenemos <strong>una herramienta para enfrentar todo eso juntos y juntas?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como ya sabes, para frenar la pandemia de Covid-19 y aliviar los hospitales, se han tomado medidas restrictivas que han tenido como efecto secundario agravar las desigualdades sociales. Para muchos ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y j\u00f3venes, eso significa <strong>m\u00e1s dificultades no solamente econ\u00f3micas sino tambi\u00e9n educativas<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publico.es\/sociedad\/desigualdades-sociales-acentuan-cuarentena-educativa.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">El confinamiento ha acentuado las desigualdades en el acceso a la educaci\u00f3n<\/a>, en parte a causa de la brecha digital de la cual sufren m\u00e1s las familias con recursos socioecon\u00f3micos bajos. Antes de la crisis <a href=\"https:\/\/afev.cat\/es\/mentoria-social-para-combatir-la-emergencia-educativa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la tasa de abandono escolar prematuro ya estaba muy por encima de la media europea<\/a>. Despu\u00e9s de seis meses sin educaci\u00f3n presencial, se teme un aumento de esta tasa. Adem\u00e1s, todos estos acontecimientos pueden generar <strong>vulnerabilidad emocional y ansiedad hacia el futuro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>No te vamos a mentir: la mentor\u00eda social no es un remedio milagroso para el covid y sus consecuencias. Pero s\u00ed es una ayuda, un soporte m\u00e1s que necesario. Permite ofrecer a los j\u00f3venes un espacio seguro donde se pueden sentir escuchados y valorados. Un espacio abierto donde la inocencia, el desarrollo personal y la perspectiva de un futuro deseable siguen de pie. <strong>Hoy m\u00e1s que nunca tenemos que reforzar las redes de apoyo y hacer sociedad, y la mentor\u00eda nos puede ayudar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho eso queda una interrogaci\u00f3n no tan leve: <strong>\u00bfc\u00f3mo seguir implementando la mentor\u00eda social en tiempo de restricciones sanitarias?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con el confinamiento de marzo, aprendimos mucho, no solamente AFEV sino tambi\u00e9n todas las entidades que desempe\u00f1an programas de mentor\u00eda. Fue un reto pero <a href=\"http:\/\/mentoriasocial.org\/actualidad\/entrevistas\/mentoria-ninos-ninas-covid19\/#.X5qvG1hKjIU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vali\u00f3 la pena<\/a>. Aunque no sabemos lo que pasar\u00e1 en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas, nuestro equipo est\u00e1 listo para acompa\u00f1ar a todos y todas en el proceso de mentor\u00eda. Estaremos al tanto de los anuncios gubernamentales y, si nos confinan de nuevo, <a href=\"https:\/\/entandem.cat\/recursos\/mentoria-a-distancia-o-e-mentoring\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la mentor\u00eda podr\u00e1 seguir online<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Como individuos, estamos aguantando mucho ahora mismo: incertidumbre, ansiedad, miedo a la enfermedad, restricciones, incluso quiz\u00e1s soledad. Con la mentor\u00eda, se trata de sufrir menos por la situaci\u00f3n; al contrario, que <strong>se convierta en un actor positivo del cambio<\/strong>.
